Includes two heating elements, wiring, resistor (for hi-low function, and an on/off, hi/lo switch. Effective way to have warm hands, which helps the rest of your body be warmer, too. A great comfort as well as a safety enhancer. For 12V systems. On “hi” they draw only 2 amps and make 27-29 watts of hand-warming heat. Installation takes only about an hour on most bikes.
