Well whatever the case get yourself a new liner and make your helmet feel (and smell) like new again.
The pack comes with two thickness options enclosed like what you would have received when you first bought your helmet. However because the shell of the helmet determines the size for the most part you don’t have to try and figure out what size you need to order (easy!). As long as you are keeping your original helmet just work out when you get your liners if you prefer the thinner or the thicker liner.
